Quick Start
1. Set Up Your Practice Profile
Go to Settings and enter your practice name, locations, business hours, and contact details. This information flows into every other module โ scheduling availability, review templates, and call routing all depend on it.
2. Configure Scheduling
Head to Scheduling and build out the basics:
- Add your Providers โ doctors, hygienists, specialists
- Define your Reasons for Visit โ appointment types and durations
- Set up accepted Insurance carriers
- Customize your Templates โ confirmation and reminder messages
- Brand your widget in Settings and embed it on your site
Once configured, your Dashboard and Appointment Data will start populating automatically.
3. Connect Your Marketing Channels
Open Marketing ROI and link your ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) under Settings > Integrations. The platform will begin tracking:
- Leads Generated โ every form fill, call, or chat from a campaign
- New Patients Scheduled โ leads that book an appointment
- New Patients Seen โ patients who actually show up
- Cost Metrics โ CPL, CPA, and ROAS per channel
4. Enable Call Intelligence
Turn on Call Intelligence to automatically record, transcribe, and score every inbound call. The system tracks the same funnel stages as Marketing ROI with call-specific context.
