Settings
The Settings page controls the look, feel, and behavior of your scheduling widget — from branding and embed codes to confirmation screens, referral tracking, and payment collection.
Settings Tabs

Appearance
Controls the branding and contact details displayed on your widget.
Fields
- Practice Logo — Appears at the top of the widget. Upload your logo in PNG or JPG format.
- Practice Name — The name patients see during booking.
- Practice Phone — Displayed for questions. Use your main scheduling line.
- Practice Email — Shown as a contact option on the widget.
- Display Address — Your physical location. Useful for multi-location practices.
- Practice Details — Free-text area for hours, parking info, or any additional context.
Widget Preview
A live preview panel on the right side shows exactly how your widget looks on mobile and desktop as you make changes.

Widgets
This tab provides embed codes for placing the scheduling widget on your website, landing pages, or social profiles.
Options include:
- Inline embed — Paste the HTML snippet directly into your site
- Popup/modal — Trigger the widget from a button click
- Direct link — A standalone URL you can share via email, SMS, or social media
Copy the snippet and paste it into your site's HTML, or share the direct link.
Confirmation
Customize the success screen patients see after booking.
- Confirmation message — The text shown immediately after a successful booking
- Redirect URL — Optionally redirect patients to a specific page after booking (e.g., a "thank you" page or intake form)
Others
Miscellaneous scheduling rules that affect widget behavior:
- Scheduling window limits (how far in advance patients can book)
- Buffer time between appointments
- Same-day booking restrictions
- Other practice-wide scheduling policies
Referrer
Configure referral source options so you can track how patients found your practice. Options you add here (e.g., "Google Search", "Friend/Family", "Facebook", "Insurance Website") appear as a dropdown during booking.

Payment
Enable deposit or copay collection at booking time.
- Stripe integration — Connect your Stripe account to process payments
- Deposit amount — Set a fixed deposit amount or percentage
- Payment messaging — Customize the text patients see at the payment step
⚠️ Test your payment flow with a small amount before going live. Ensure patients see clear messaging about what they're being charged and when.
Clinic
For multi-location practices, manage clinic details here:
- Add and edit clinic locations
- Set location-specific contact info
- Control which locations appear on the scheduling widget
Messages
Configure appointment-related messaging settings that apply across all templates:
- Default messaging preferences
- Communication channel priorities (email vs. SMS)
- Opt-out handling
